Goodbye 2013
Hello 2014
Today was a long and busy day. Last night, we spent the evening ringing in the New Year with friends and family at our home. We were able to catch a few zzz's before having to start our busy day, even if it was only a couple hours. The kiddos had to be at their Dad's at 8am and I had to be to work by 9. I was pretty happy to see the end of the work day. The little bit of sleep I did get last night was not restful sleep.
The weather today is cold and snowy. The roads are pretty messy and slick. It sounds like we are to get a few more inches of snow over night to add to the mess. As long as it's not like the ice storm we had last month, we're good!
